We can arrange any event from sporting events, outdoor pop-ups, networking receptions, conferences, dinners, birthday parties, launch parties, sit down receptions and many more. Available 7 days a week, with a late-night license.

Helm Bar & Bistro

Located on the first floor of our building, overlooking the beautiful waters edge of Darling Harbour & Cockle Bay. It offers a large open space that is versatile in its setup to suit many styles of use such as cocktail-style functions & events & sit-down lunch & dinner receptions.

Accommodates between 10 – 400 guests (150 seated / 400 cocktail).
Available for exclusive bookings, or area bookings.
Flexibility with a mix of furniture styles.
Accommodates live entertainment and DJs (when booking exclusively).
Weatherproof space with a vergola roof that opens & closes + Fans & heaters throughout.

Cockle Bay Yacht Club

The Cockle Bay Yacht Club (CBYC) is our sister venue located on the ground floor. This large open space also overlooks the water, and is versatile to many function needs.

Accommodates between 10 – 204 guests (100 seated / 150 cocktail / 54 Alfresco).
Flexibility with a mix of furniture styles.
Accommodates live entertainment and DJs (when booking exclusively).
Weatherproof space with a vergola roof that opens & closes.
The Alfresco area is open with umbrellas for a more casual experience.
